Delete your account

Playing without an account needs nothing from you: the game keeps its data on your own device and there is nothing on our server to delete. This page is for the optional online account (the daily challenge, friends, boards, saved progress).

In the game

1. Open the game and choose Settings, then Account.
2. Choose Delete account and confirm.

A child account cannot delete itself; the parent who made it deletes it from their own account, or deletes their account and the child accounts go with it.

From this page

If you are signed in to the game in this browser (the same address as the game), you can delete the account here. If you are not, you can only delete from inside the game as above; there is no other way to sign in on this page. If you cannot get into the account at all, write to the contact address on the imprint with your display name and tag (the number after your name), and we will delete it. Accounts that go unused for 24 months are deleted automatically.

What is deleted

Deleting removes the account, its sign-in details, saves and settings, friends, scores, comments, match history, challenges and clips from the server immediately, together with any child accounts you made. Backups of the account database are kept for up to 30 days and then deleted. Progress on your device stays until you clear the game's site data. Anonymous reports, if you allowed them, are not connected to any account and cannot be looked up by it. The full list is in the Privacy Policy.
